Annual General Meeting 27th May 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Carnoustie Community Development Trust Ltd will be held in the Braid Hall, Kinloch Centre, Kinloch Street, Carnoustie, DD7 7EN at 6.30pm on 27th May 2026. Attendance is limited to members of the Trust. Attention is also drawn to the fact that there are 3 vacancies for Board members and any member wishing to put their name forward should do so in writing to Carnoustie Community Development Trust , c/o 5 Station Road, Carnoustie, DD7 6FR, or by e-mailing chair@carnoustiecdt.org.uk. If there are more nominations than vacancies, a ballot will be held among those present at the meeting. Nominations must be received at either of the above addresses not later than 5pm on 26th May 2026. Only members of the Trust are eligible for membership of the Board.
